The 2010 CeBIT Trade Fair

The annual CeBIT trade fair in Hanover, Germany is one of the world′s biggest exhibitions of computer technology and software.
Despite a 25-per-cent fall in exhibitor numbers last year and a worrying dearth in booth and hotel bookings as the March 2-6 date approaches for this year′s exhibition, organizers say CeBIT remains a key venue for announcing new products such as laptop and corporate software products.
The fair will, this year, offer a new platform to the music industry, encouraging music producers to explore business, opportunities with corporate customers.
Corporate buyers may be interested in exploiting music databases, while music producers may welcome ideas on new business models and advanced technology to combat music piracy.
Spanish companies will be exhibiting as "guests of honour" at this year′s CeBIT.
