THE ROLES
Your responsibilities as either Consultant or Manager will include:
· Business development
· Establishing strong client relationships through Key Account Management and Client Partnering
· Managing a portfolio of assignments via our proven Matrix Portfolio Management system
· Maintaining quality standards with a major focus on delivery, to ensure client satisfaction
· Communicating progress to relevant Partners and colleagues
· Searching, Selecting and Delivery of Talent to clients
· Utilising Antal’s unique Business Development Tools to leverage new clients from other offices

THE PEOPLE
For both positions you must have a strong blend of commercial and cultural capabilities:
· Strong academic background
· At least 2 years in international business, sales ability is key for those not in a sales role currently.
· Experience in either Accountancy, Sales & Marketing, Legal or IT Technical fields in Consulting, Recruitment, IT & Telecomms, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, Professional Services or Retail is desirable
· Have an impressive track record of success and an achievement mindset
· Be energetic and focused, with excellent organisational skills
· Be fluent in English with some knowledge of German, other languages a bonus
