He has worked with athletes, celebrities, dancers in New York City and he is now in Frankfurt am Main for the summer to help us get in hot hot hot swimsuit shape.

Training with focus on:
- Strength and Flexibility Training
- Cardio. Speed, and Balance Training
- Plyometrics and Calisthenics
- Core Strength Training
