The BeSeTo Asian Bar is located right across the street from the Schillerpassage's back entrance on the Taubenstr. 17 in a "small" basement which can hold approximately 60 people. BeSeTo roughly translates into Beijing, Seoul and Tokyo and the atmosphere is accordingly, with neon blue, pink, and yellow lights and about 20 LCD flatscreen televisions hanging on the walls. Unfortunately, the bar doesn't offer a variety of Asian beverages and the German beer they sell is overpriced...that's the authenticity of the bar; overpriced alcoholic beverages just like in Asia! It's worth visiting just for the Korean alcoholic drink called Soju (a cross between a cheap vodka and nail polish remover). |

This Review is probably written by someone who hasn't got a clue about traditional japanese Karaoke... :-( . Anyway, this Karaoke Bar is not with a stage, on which you need to sing, you just can sit on your table and use one of a TV's hanging nearby. This Bar is a good place to have some fun. Staff is really nice and the place is comfy. There is no cover for Karaoke!!! Therefore drinks ain't that cheap, but it's still alright!
