From the name and outer-appearance of this little place on the Zeil you could be forgiven for lumping it in with the other multitude of Thai-Imbiss-style outlets along the way. But a quick look downstairs shows a much larger seating area and the food speaks for itself. Very large servings - I have only been able to empty my plate once - served quickly and very cheap. I strongly suggest the noodles with crispy chicken, and a side order of spring rolls. As I said, it is quite large so could easily be shared and I think comes in at under a fiver. They are open Sunday as well and have become a favourite place of mine to wind down after the weekend. |

China Box is the bomb. Vegetarians will find a more than adequate selection to fill their stomaches. Portions are huge. What you don't eat makes for a great lunch the next day. (The hosts will pack up leftovers for you) Just say 'einpacken bitte' and you are good to go.
