The Jasmin Restaurant is located on the second floor just off the Freßgasse. The interior is carefully decorated and cozy, although slightly on the cramped side. I was there on a Friday evening, and it is advisable to get a reservation if you want a nice table. The food is good, and reasonably priced, and the portions are generous. One little drawback was that the cook apparently did not get the timing right, so the various meals arrived at very different times, so that the others were almost finished by the time I got mine. Whether that is a general problem or a one-time slip I do not know, though. |

I had lunch here on Thursday July 26th with a colleague. We waited about 10 minutes to get menus, the staff seemed a bit over-worked. Our table-neighbors ordered received the wrong food (I am typically not in the habit of paying too close attention to what my neighbor's are eating) While the food was tasty and to my satisfaction, it was not served promptly; my colleague received her food at least seven or eight minutes before I received mine. The apfel-schorle was a bit on the warm side as well. All this for 10 euros, makes me think I could find a better experience at a cheaper price.
