Rama V is a nice Thai restaurant near the Eschenheimer Tor. There is a parking lot and a U-Bahn station right around the corner, to it's esy to get there. You can't miss it, since the door and windows are brightly decorated. Inside the decor is much but more simple and elegant.

When we were there the place was pretty well visited - it was the middle of the week, and it looked like it had been a good idea to reserve a table beforehand.

There are so many choices on the menu that you will spent quite some time simply reading. They also have a nice selection of good cocktails, and the food, once you managed to decide what to order with so much available, is good and plenty.

Unfortunately the staff seemed a little overwhelmed with the numbert of customers and especially later in the evening service sometimes took a long time.
