The FrankfurtRheinMain Regional Authority is a public institution representing the interests of districts, cities and municipalities in the FrankfurtRheinMain metropolitan region, and offers a wide range of services. One of our most important tasks is regional development. We would like to make FrankfurtRheinMain (FRM) stronger and fit for the future when competing for the best minds, jobs, green initiatives, and investments in innovation. The FrankfurtRheinMain International Office is part of the regional authority (see separate entry).
Poststraße 16, 60329 Frankfurt
The FrankfurtRheinMain International Office is often the first point of contact for people coming from abroad to the FrankfurtRheinMain (FRM) region. Our team supports them before and after they arrive, providing advice on working, studying and living in FRM, as well as guiding them in the right direction for other services. The office is part of the FrankfurtRheinMain Regional Authority and we are able to give advice on a wide range of topics and services. In particular, we give advice on recognition of qualifications, employment advice and the job market, as well as on German etiquette and the German way of life. It is very important to us that people from abroad feel welcome in “Germany’s best place”, and we hope that they will feel at home in FRM and maybe even make FRM their home.
